Vallegrande Nature Resort, as the other hotels in the Geocharme Collection, offers local specialties, but revisited with creativity by the Chef Ettore Vazzana and his team, and uses some products from our Canalotto Farm (Organic Farm): the organic Nocellara extra virgin olive oil, the olives and the patè, the organic fresh fruit, according to the season. For breakfast, our honey, nectars and extra organic jams.

La Quercia Restaurant – Cucina Gourmet is an experience to be enjoyed, surrounded by the beauty of the forest and the view, but also by an atmosphere of special welcome and relaxation.

In the morning the restaurant offers breakfast: a buffet of croissants and freshly baked cakes, seasonal fruit, cheeses and cold cuts, freshly cooked eggs, dried fruit, cereals, but also organic juices, jams and honey from our organic farm.
For lunch you can have a light lunch, even at the pool bar. Wood Bar is also the ideal place for an aperitif overlooking the Aeolian Islands, surrounded by the relaxing atmosphere of the forest.
Dinner is served in the glass room, overlooking the surrounding woods and the infinity pool: unique atmospheres to envelop unforgettable tastes.

It is open every day (for breakfast, lunch and dinner), both to hotel guests and to outsiders.
