Baglio La Porta, as the other hotels in the Geocharme Collection, uses and offers local specialties revisited with creativity by the Chef and his team, and uses some products from our Canalotto Farm (Organic Farm):
- Organic Nocellara extra virgin olive oil
- Orgenic fresh fruit, according to the season: oranges, lemons, limes, grapefruits, but also organic Sicilian mango and avocado. At breakfast, at the end of the meal, and for juices and centrifuged too.
- Orange blossom honey, Organic Jams and Marmelades, at breakfast, or in some dishes proposed by the chef and in some cocktails at the bar, where you can als taste our Nocellara Olives in brine.

Jitan – Mediterranean Mood & View is the Restaurant at Baglio La Porta, one of the excellence that you will find, whether for the excellent cuisine whether for the wonderful location: it is on the panoramic terrace overlooking at the Gulf San Vito Lo Capo (Natural Reserve of Zingaro).
At breakfast, the seasonal fruit buffet, cheeses and salami, freshly cooked eggs just as you like them, a selection of nuts, cereals to accompany with milk or cappuccino, as well as croissants and delicious freshly baked cakes, fruit juices and organic honey.
The menu is perfect for a light lunch also at the poolside. The aperitif at the sunset is an amazing experience waiting the dinner with the selection of typical regional dishes proposed by the Chef and his team, according to the offer of the fresh product of the day and the exaltation of olive oil, citrus fruits, freshly caught fish and much more, accompanied by a selection of renowned wines.
