Restaurant & Beach Bar
The Capo San Vito Hotel, as the other hotels in the Geocharme Collection, uses and offers guests some products from our Canalotto Farm (Organic Farm):
- Nocellara extra virgin olive oil, proposed at the table for tasting and used for the preparation of the menu's dishes
- Fresh fruit, according to the season: oranges, lemons, limes, grapefruits, but also organic Sicilian mango and avocado. At breakfast, at the end of the meal, and for juices and centrifuged too.
- Orange blossom and mango honey and Orange & Tangerine jam, at breakfast, or in some dishes proposed by the chef and in some cocktails at the bar, where you can als taste our Nocellara Olives in brine.
Products grown using the organic farming method in our Canalotto Farm. Contests & Moments
Jacaranda is the hotel’s restaurant. It is different from the other restaurants of the place for the particular location, the care of the furnishings and the quality of the cuisine. The dishes propose specialties of the place revisited with creativity and with great attention to the presentation by Chef Carlo D'Amato and his team. Delight for the palate and wonders for the eyes.
At breakfast, the seasonal fruit buffet, cheeses and salami, freshly cooked eggs just as you like them, a selection of nuts, cereals to accompany with milk or cappuccino, as well as croissants and delicious freshly baked cakes, fruit juices and organic honey.
Dinner is served in the garden on the beach and in the glass room, where the Bar is also located. Among the dishes, the local specialties: Fish Cous cous and Vegetable Cous Cous, Pesto Trapanese, Busiate pasta with Tuna fish eggs and citrus.
For your Exclusive Dinners it is possible to book a romantic dinner on the panoramic terrace on the top floor overlooking the gulf of San Vito Lo Capo, all combined with the exclusive use of the wellness area.
Cous Cosu Cafe is the hotel bar in the palm garden on the beach where you can eat a light lunch. In the evening it is the perfect place for an aperitif surrounded by a relaxing atmosphere.
