Pietra d'Acqua Natural Retreat & Spa Resort, as the other hotels in the Geocharme Collection, offers local specialties revisited with creativity by the Chef and his team, and uses some products from our Canalotto Farm (Organic Farm): the organic Nocellara extra virgin olive oil, the olives and the patè, the organic fresh fruit, according to the season. For breakfast, our honey, nectars and extra organic jams.

Location & Moments

Pietra d'Acqua welcomes guests for breakfast, for a buffet of cheeses and cured meats, seasonal fruit, freshly cooked eggs, a selection of dried fruit, cereals, freshly baked croissants and cakes, organic juices, jams and honey from our organic farm.

At lunch it is possible to order a light lunch, served in the internal Pietra d'Acqua garden and in the glass room of the Bar, the ideal place for an aperitif surrounded by a relaxing sicilian atmosphere.
