Pietra d'Acqua Natural Retreat & Spa Resort, as the other hotels in the Geocharme Collection, uses and offers guests some products from our Canalotto Farm (Organic Farm):
- Nocellara extra virgin olive oil, proposed at the table for tasting and used for the preparation of the menu's dishes
- Fresh fruit, according to the season: oranges, lemons, limes, grapefruits, but also organic Sicilian mango and avocado. At breakfast, at the end of the meal, and for juices and centrifuged too.
- Orange blossom and mango honey and Orange & Tangerine jam, at breakfast, or in some dishes proposed by the chef and in some cocktails at the bar, where you can als taste our Nocellara Olives in brine.
Products grown using the organic farming method in our Canalotto Farm. Insula Mediterranean Mood is the Pietra d'Acqua Restaurant, for guests of the Resort and for outsiders who want to taste our dishes in a setting of great charm and refinement.
The characteristics of Insula are, in fact, the high quality of the cuisine and the beauty of the furnishings and the surrounding context.
The dishes offer local specialties revisited with creativity and with great attention to the presentation by the Chef Carmine Cardamone and his team.
Insula welcomes guests of the Resort for breakfast, for a buffet of cheeses and cured meats, seasonal fruit, freshly cooked eggs, a selection of dried fruit, cereals, freshly baked croissants and cakes, fruit juices and honey from organic farming.
Dinner is served in the internal Pietra d'Acqua garden and in the glass room of the restaurant, where the bar is also located.
At lunch it is possible to order a light lunch, while in the evening the Bar is the ideal place for an aperitif surrounded by a relaxing atmosphere, before sitting down to enjoy dinner.
