    Antura is immersed in the Sicilian countryside (an Organic farm - Canalotto Farm - cultivated with citrus, olive trees and tropical fruits and with other beautiful villas) and is located just 15 minutes from the magnificent beach of Selinunte and about half an hour from the beaches of Menfi and Porto Palo. The villa, with infinity pool, consists of two separate blocks – the sleeping area (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) and the living area (large living / dining and kitchen) with large windows illuminate day environments, combining the interior with the beautiful natural surroundings. A lovely garden surrounds the villa, ensuring their privacy. A rectangular infinity pool further beautifies the garden.

    Interior description

    The living area of Villa Antura has a large living room with sofas on one side and a dining table on the other. This living/dining area has large windows that light up the rooms, blending the interiors with the delightful garden and the beautiful surrounding nature. Next to the living room, a large and modern kitchen, with a window that gives it openness and brightness. The sleeping area, a few steps from the living room, is a building that combines ancient charm and modern functionality: there is a double bedroom, with its own bathroom in the room and, separated by a small corridor, another bedroom with 2 single beds and ensuite bathroom.

    The tourist tax of € 1,00 per person per day must be added to the rates, starting from the age of 12.

    ADDITIONAL COSTS (a credit card will be requested as a guarantee)
    - Extra use of electricity: exceeding 200 kw per week € 0,40 per Kw;
    - Extra cleaning of the villa: € 16,00 per hour;
    - Extra change of linen: one set of bed linen = € 12,00 / two sets of towels = € 12,00;
    - Reimbursement of intervention for occlusion of drains due to misuse (cooking oil should not be thrown in the sink; in the wc only toilet paper in moderate quantities is allowed);
    - Late check-in by 11 pm.: € 100,00. Beyond 11 p.m. no access will be allowed in the villa, the check-in will be postponed to the following morning.
    Multiple check-in, following the delivery of the keys: € 50.00 each one;
    - Late check out by 7 p.m.: € 400,00;
    - If there are dogs (max 25 kg and only with prior authorization), a supplement of € 160,00 will be required for additional cleaning at the end of the stay;
    -In case of the pool towels of “Geocharme line” would not be returned, a fee of € 25,00 each will be charged
    - In case the organic products produced by Canalotto Farm are consumed, the charge will be set according to the prices listed in the online shop at www.canalottofarm.com
