Pineta Villa, with infinity pool, is inside an organic farm (Canalotto Farm) planted with citrus, olive trees and tropical fruits and with other beautiful villas. It has very carefully chosen furnishings and large windows that illuminate to day environments, combining the interior with the beautiful natural surroundings. A lovely garden surrounds the villa, ensuring their privacy; from the garden and from the villa you can admire the view of the beautiful pine forest in front. The villa while being set in the Sicilian countryside is located just 15 minutes from the magnificent beach of Selinunte and about half an hour from the beaches of Menfi and Porto Palo.

Interior description

The Villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 people: it has 3 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom in the room whose particularity is a large glass shower overlooking the olive trees. At the entrance a large and bright living room and a kitchen, both with a large window overlooking the garden with the infinity pool, surrounded by several hectares of land with olive, citrus and tropical fruit trees. The furniture is of great taste and the view is splendid.

The tourist tax of € 1,00 per person per day must be added to the rates, starting from the age of 12.

ADDITIONAL COSTS (a credit card will be requested as a guarantee)
- Extra use of electricity: exceeding 200 kw per week € 0,40 per Kw;
- Extra cleaning of the villa: € 16,00 per hour;
- Extra change of linen: one set of bed linen = € 12,00 / two sets of towels = € 12,00;
- Reimbursement of intervention for occlusion of drains due to misuse (cooking oil should not be thrown in the sink; in the wc only toilet paper in moderate quantities is allowed);
- Late check-in by 11 pm.: € 100,00. Beyond 11 p.m. no access will be allowed in the villa, the check-in will be postponed to the following morning.
Multiple check-in, following the delivery of the keys: € 50.00 each one;
- Late check out by 7 p.m.: € 400,00;
- If there are dogs (max 25 kg and only with prior authorization), a supplement of € 160,00 will be required for additional cleaning at the end of the stay;
-In case of the pool towels of “Geocharme line” would not be returned, a fee of € 25,00 each will be charged
- In case the organic products produced by Canalotto Farm are consumed, the charge will be set according to the prices listed in the online shop at www.canalottofarm.com
