    Scuderie del falco is a colonial, local-stone-made villa, with infinity pool, near the magnificent Selinunte excavations and several delightful beaches close to Trapani (Menfi and Porto Palo). It is located in the Sicilian countryside, an Organic farm (Canalotto Farm) cultivated with citrus, olive trees and tropical fruits and with other beautiful villas. Scuderia del falco is provided with a large lawn, surrounded by a palm tree garden. The patio looks at a delightful infinity pool, while a small zen garden and a small lake make the other sides of the house beautiful as well.

    Interior description

    The Villa was an old stable; now it is a splendid white tuff stone house, which can accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor there is a large loft with lounge, dining area and typical Sicilian cuisine. This room overlooks a mezzanine that houses a study and the sleeping area. The sleeping area is accessed via a large staircase with a few steps. The four bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms. The furnishing of the house associates, to the ancient Sicilian, ethnic objects and furniture.

    The tourist tax of € 1,00 per person per day must be added to the rates, starting from the age of 12.

    ADDITIONAL COSTS (a credit card will be requested as a guarantee)
    - Extra use of electricity: exceeding 200 kw per week € 0,40 per Kw;
    - Extra cleaning of the villa: € 16,00 per hour;
    - Extra change of linen: one set of bed linen = € 12,00 / two sets of towels = € 12,00;
    - Reimbursement of intervention for occlusion of drains due to misuse (cooking oil should not be thrown in the sink; in the wc only toilet paper in moderate quantities is allowed);
    - Late check-in by 11 pm.: € 100,00. Beyond 11 p.m. no access will be allowed in the villa, the check-in will be postponed to the following morning.
    Multiple check-in, following the delivery of the keys: € 50.00 each one;
    - Late check out by 7 p.m.: € 400,00;
    - If there are dogs (max 25 kg and only with prior authorization), a supplement of € 160,00 will be required for additional cleaning at the end of the stay;
    - In case of the pool towels of “Geocharme line” would not be returned, a fee of € 25,00 each will be charged
    - In case the organic products produced by Canalotto Farm are consumed, the charge will be set according to the prices listed in the online shop at www.canalottofarm.com
